Workshops

We run three workshops, focusing on early, middle, and late recovery tools.

The first workshop is an Emotional Safety Workshop. This workshop helps couples create emotional safety for themselves, individually and relationally. We work on understanding and using emotions, communicating in healthy and connective ways, and building trust.

The second workshop focuses on Connection and Empathy. Once a relationship has a foundation of emotional safety and connection, this workshop helps to deepen that connection. Please note that couples attending this class should have a foundation of emotional safety and basic communication in their relationship. If you think it would be helpful to address those topics before attending this class, we suggest attending our Emotional Safety Couples Workshop prior to attending the Connection and Empathy Workshop.

The third workshop is on Healthy Sexuality. Couples interested in this workshop need to first attend our Connection and Empathy Workshop, as the Connection and Empathy Workshop is a required prerequisite for attending the Healthy Sexuality Workshop.

Contact us for additional information or dates of upcoming workshops. If you would like to attend, let us know and we will contact you to get you registered.

If you would like to talk with one of the therapists that run the workshops to determine which workshop would fit your relationship best, let us know and one of us would be happy to call you.

We’d be happy to answer any questions you have or provide additional information if necessary.
