I deeply enjoy helping those struggling with escape cycles understand and learn about recovery and develop the new skills needed to reorientate their lives towards connection and peace. I have helped those struggling with escape patterns turn their lives around since 2020. I run two separate groups for males struggling with escape patterns; one is a Recovery Skills Class and the other is a Disclosure Preparation Class. Contact me for information or to enroll in either group.
Another of my specialties is helping adults struggling to adjust their life after a discovery of “High-Functioning” Neurodivergence, such as Autism or Aspergers, in themselves, their partner, or their child or children. I have helped individuals in this area since 2015 and am trained in Autism Spectrum Disorders. I also offer consultation to other clinicians and coaches on this topic.
I grew up in Oregon and have also lived in Brazil, Idaho, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and now Texas. My wife and I moved to DFW in 2005. We have been married since 1997 and have six children, five girls and a boy. I have an MBA and worked in the financial industry for 20 years. I love history and cats and collect Starry Night t-shirts. When I’m not working as a coach, I am a stay-at-home dad and Executive Spouse to my amazing wife, who is also my favorite person.
