I recognize and value the innate desire to be acknowledged, loved, and appreciated, and I believe this desire is hardwired at birth and increases as we experience life. As a clinician, it is essential to me that I provide a safe space to achieve these desires with compassion, support, and encouragement. My goal as a therapist is to assist clients with discovering their ability to overcome in the face of adverse times, no matter the age or stage of life.
My experience includes working with individuals, families, couples, and group therapy settings. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral family-focused therapy (CBFT). I assist with leading group therapy for betrayed partners. I specialize in working with families, individuals, and adolescents that are part of marginalized and disenfranchised populations, helping them to build support systems, strengthen communication skills, and create connection in their lives. Additionally, I am studying the field of sex/love addiction, compulsive behavior, and betrayal trauma. I am looking forward to assisting you in your journey to wholeness! Please feel free to call or text to see if I might be a good fit for you!
I was born in Florida but raised in Louisiana. Therefore, my roots are southern. I love to cook, spend time with my family, and laugh aloud. Fun fact about me – I am a trained prima ballerina and love classical music.
